How much can I earn?
That’s up to you. On Quickee, sellers set and negotiate their own rates.

What projects can be done on Quickee?
Any kind of digital marketing services are available on Quickee.

Who owns the legal rights to work product developed by a seller engaged through Quickee?
Once a seller receives payment for work completed on a project, our Terms of Service specify that ownership of that work transfers to the buyer. In case a seller would like to showcase their work they would need appropriate permissions from the buyer.

Does Quickee screen sellers?
Yes, at Quickee one of the key differentiators are all sellers on Quickee have been certified. Additionally, we also run several measures in place to ensure Quickee is a fair and reliable marketplace.

How much does Quickee cost?
It’s free to join Quickee. Quickee has a patrol fee of 20% of the project which is divided by 10% to the buyer and 10% to the seller.

How many orders can I make?
That’s up to you. On Quickee, buyers can order as many jobs as they need to meet their requirements.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Can I change my username?
On Quickee, usernames cannot be changed once an account is registered. When an account is registered on Quickee, a username is required to complete the registration. Your username is unique and is associated with your Quickee orders, payment details, jobs, and ratings.

Is my personal information safe?
You privacy is of uttermost important to the team at Quickee. You can read our Privacy Policy here. The Privacy Policy is a part of our Terms of Service.

How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, please go back to the Quickee Log In page > Forgot Password. Enter the email used to log into to your account. A password reset email will be sent to that address if the email matches the account.

PAYMENTS/WITHDRAWALS

How long does it take for me to receive revenues from an order?
Buyers pay Quickee for orders in advance. Once the order is created and started, sellers must fulfill their orders as described in their job description and must deliver completed files and/or proof of work.

Once work is delivered, the buyer has three days to respond and post a review. If no response is provided within the response time, the order will be considered completed. Normally, the funds are transferred within a week of a job being completed.

Can I purchase jobs with my revenue?
You can purchase jobs with your cleared revenue if you have enough to complete a full purchase – partial payments will not be accepted.

Can I cancel my withdrawal?
Withdrawals are final and cannot be undone. We will not be able to refund or change this process once it has begun.

Do I have to pay taxes on income earned on Quickee?
If you have a GST number please do add it in your payment information so you can file it later. All users are responsible for paying their respective taxes.

How do I know my seller is accurately billing for my project?
At Quickee, we fix a minimum and maximum price range for a seller for each project depending on the amount of time take to complete the job. Once the seller has established his skills on Quickee and based on reviews is able to charge higher for his work although he would stay have to stay within the maximum price range shared by us.

Can I get an official invoice?
Yes, all payments to sellers have invoices that can be downloaded or printed.

HANDLING AN ORDER

Can I change the price of my job?
You cannot change the price of your job while the job is in process.

How can I contact a buyer?
Sellers cannot contact new buyers. The only way to communicate with a buyer is if an order is initiated, a “Conversation” thread is created and you will be able to communicate with the buyer. You may also contact the buyer if the buyer contacts you first.

What if my file upload or delivery upload fails?
Uploading files can sometimes fail for various reasons. Sometimes a job photo simply doesn’t want to upload. Make sure you check the following before asking for further assistance:
· Make sure your Flash is up to date on your computer. Flash normally updates automatically for most modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox) but may still have limitations in older versions of modern browsers (Internet Explorer).
· Disable pop up blockers for Quickee.me or allow uploads/downloads through your Firewall/Anti-Virus protector from Quickee.me.
· Make sure your image is a JPEG or PNG.
· Clear your cookies for Quickee.me – sometimes cookies can hold on to a “session” where your browser thinks it’s still loading an image file. Refreshing your page helps clear the session, but in most cases, clearing your cookies helps.

How do I cancel my order?
We encourage you to work things out with your buyer to try and settle conflicts between yourselves.

Can I partially cancel/refund an order?
Orders can not be partially cancelled or refunded at this time.
